a) Could not start GRASS for first time; Unable to create location; needed to bootstrap it on command line.

Grass7 doesn't start with start screen - goes straight to terminal

I installed all files (or so I think) for running Grass in my macOS Sierra desktop. But when I try to open Grass all I get is a console window with the message below. I am not a programmer, but I really want to run my research based on open access software. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
