Georeferencing doesn't work

Summary:

When trying to to put unreferenced data into some coordinate system message appears saying "Please select a valid location and mapset to continue".

Hi, I am experiencing problem with georeferencing scanned maps. After setting GCPs in XY location I can't reproject the data into coordinate location because system message appears saying "Please select a valid location and mapset to continue" as on attached screenshot.

I would attach a screenshot, but the system doesn't allow me to do so.

I am using macOS Monterey 12.4 and Grass 8.2.0, but I get this error also with Grass 8.0.2 and 7.8.6
